Mr.
Niehuser has several years of experience in intellectual property law including
preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, drafting license
and technology transfer agreements, assisting in patent litigation preparation,
and preparing and prosecuting trademark applications.
Mr. Niehuser's specialty areas include semiconductor processing,
semiconductor process equipment, IC packaging, bio-medical devices and
mechanical systems.
Mr.
Niehuser has worked with clients to establish patent policies and procedures and
to create a working patent program. Prior
to becoming an attorney, Mr. Niehuser worked for over twenty years as a
Facilities and Health & Safety Engineering Manager in semiconductor and
biotechnology manufacturing and research. Mr.
Niehuser is a Registered Professional Engineer (California).

Niehuser received a J.D. from Empire College School of Law, Santa Rosa,
California.
Mr.
Niehuser earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from St. Mary’s
College of California.
Mr.
Niehuser is admitted to the bar in California.
He also is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office.
